This policy sets out how the seller (the Operator) processes personal data on the website https://herozerobot.ru.
The Operator processes only the data the Buyer provides: the account name, the e-mail address (if given) and order records. No special categories of personal data are collected.
The data is processed solely to perform the contract: creating an account, issuing and renewing the access key, support and refunds. It is not used for any other purpose.
The data is not shared with third parties, except the payment provider (and only to the extent needed to process the payment) and where required by the law of the Russian Federation.
The data is kept while the account exists and is deleted on the Buyer's request or once the purpose is met. Passwords are stored in an irreversibly hashed form. The Operator takes reasonable measures to protect the data from unauthorised access.
The Buyer may request information about the processing of their data, its correction, blocking or deletion, and may withdraw consent to processing. Simply contact support using the details below.
