Public offer
This document is a public offer made by the seller (the Seller), and sets out the terms on which a subscription to Hero Zero Bot, a program released under the name Forever Young, is sold. Paying for an order means full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
1.1. The Seller grants the Buyer the right to use Hero Zero Bot, a helper application for the browser game Hero Zero released under the name Forever Young, for the term paid for and for the number of simultaneously running copies paid for.
1.2. The right of use is evidenced by an access key, which the Buyer receives in their account at https://herozerobot.ru after payment.
1.3. The product is digital. No physical medium is handed over and no shipping takes place.
2.1. Prices are published on the Prices page and on the Seller details page. Settlement is made in Russian roubles.
2.2. Value added tax is not charged: the Seller applies the Russian professional income tax regime. A receipt is sent to the Buyer after payment.
2.3. The Buyer's payment obligation is fulfilled when the funds reach the Seller.
3.1. The access key is issued automatically once payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes.
3.2. If the key has not been issued within 24 hours of payment, the Buyer contacts support. The matter is settled either by issuing the key or by refunding the amount paid in full.
4.1. The amount paid is refunded in full if the key was not issued, or if the program does not work for reasons attributable to the Seller and the fault is not fixed within a reasonable time.
4.2. Refund requests are made through support, stating the order number and the reason. They are reviewed within 10 calendar days. The money is returned by the same method the payment was made.
4.3. No refund is made for the unused remainder of a term if the key was issued and the program is working.
5.1. The program is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated with the rights holder of the game Hero Zero. The rights holder sets the rules of the game and may restrict access to it at its own discretion. The Seller is not responsible for decisions taken by the rights holder of the game.
5.2. The Seller is not responsible for the program being unusable for reasons on the Buyer's side: faulty equipment, loss of connection, or acts of third parties.
5.3. An access key is intended for one Buyer. Passing the key to third parties, reselling it, or attempting to circumvent the limit on the number of copies are grounds for blocking the key without a refund.
6.1. To perform this contract the Seller processes the account name, the e-mail address if one is given, and order records. The data is not passed to third parties, except to the payment provider to the extent needed to process the payment.
7.1. The contract is concluded at the moment of payment and runs until the end of the paid term.
7.2. The Seller's details and contact methods are on the Seller details page.
8.1. The free trial is given once per game account. A second trial started on a game account that has already used one is cancelled at once. The third attempt blocks the account on the website, the computer and the game account for 30 days, the sixth blocks them permanently.
8.2. A key bought on the FunPay marketplace starts working after the Buyer confirms the order on FunPay. Until then the program does not start and the subscription term does not run.
8.3. If the payment for a key is refunded through a marketplace or a payment service, the key is cancelled at the moment of the refund.
8.4. Refunding the payment for a key whose term has been used up or has almost run out is treated as fraud. The first case blocks the account on the website, the computer and the game accounts used with the key for 30 days. A repeated case blocks them permanently, with no right to restoration.
8.5. A block covers the account on the website, the computer and the game accounts that were used with the program. Buying a new key or changing the computer does not lift it. No refund is made for keys of a blocked Buyer.
